Betty Cox, Candidate for
Lincoln County Public Administrator

Born in St. Louis, Mo. Betty has lived in Troy with her husband Russell for 35 years. They have two sons, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A graduate of Francis Howell High School, Betty also received her General Banking Diploma from The American Institute of Banking.

Betty is a member of the following organizations: St. Stephen United Methodist Church, Lincoln County Fair Board (Voluntary Treasurer 12 years), Lincoln County Democrat Club, Troy Chamber of Commerce.

In 1975 the Cox family represented Lincoln County as Farm Family at the Missouri State Fair. Betty and Russell received the 2004 Grass Roots Award from the Lincoln County Democrat Central Committee and local democrats.
